Micro-Roastery
Bugan Coffee Lab is a different concept of roastery, it is small and it stands out from the crowd: arabica single-origins from all over the world that, thanks to a light roasting, bring out all those flavouring that nowadays are hard to find in other coffee: acidity, floral and fruity hints, delicate notes that leave the palate with an elegant and non-invasive flavour.
Coffee Academy
In order to spread the culture of coffee, Bugan Coffee Lab offers barista training courses, both basic and advanced, roasting and sensorial analysis courses and SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) certification courses.


Coffee Shop
In the coffee shop area our clients can taste specialty coffee from all over the world in different extraction techniques: from espresso to filter coffee.
Cupping Area
In our cupping area, our guests can taste different single-origin coffee that come from all over the world and learn innovative extraction techniques from North Europe, like: Filter coffee, Aeropress, Dripper V60, Cold brew, Chemex, Syphon and Clever dripper.

We offer to all our partners a 360 degree collaboration: in addition to the supply of our beloved coffee, we offer a complete range of services to meet every business needs, from the design of a new shop to the training, from communication to the supply of equipment.
